I swear if the was another option I'd take it!!!! My bill is almost double from last year and I used more last year!!!! This year I even turned off more stuff and cut way back...this is ridiculous....candles and solar power is becoming a more viable and affordable option.... over priced, and unreasonable....so many people online complaining about the bill they received today!!! Fix it on others will be taking my path as well!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I have worked in many fast food places and have gotten and given such better customer service than this place even though the summer is hot and we are 1 week out from a paycheck they say there is nothing they can do i know that's a lie because in york ne it's all about who you know and weather you have children those people would be helped right away and their budget plan states that you must live in the residence for a year before they can give assistance we have just ... read more
