Came in on a Tuesday morning about 7:30 in the morning Shawn (Service Manager) approached me right away and started having a conversation with me and explaining things to me about the truck and right away I was like I came to the right place. Shop and parts say they open at 7 but its 7:30:and both doors are locked. Tech found faulty switch after waiting a day to get it looked at. Didnt have the part. Told me how to fix it if it malfunctions again to get it home.
These guys knocked it out of the park on service,,, limped my 2000 W9 with an alternator that dumped on me south of Hastings.. Called ahead and they had one in stock and put it on hold for me. Told them I can flip it myself if I may use there lot and they were fine with that.. parts guys said it doesn’t come with a new pulley but if i bring the old one in they’ll flip it for me which didn’t take long.. Shitty service and when trying to call all you get is a dam machine or or some person in another state. Only thing going for this place is the parts department.
