I made several phone calls looking for a specific battery for an older bike. Also need a tune up kit for a second bike. N.m.p. Were the only ones in while area that had either, and they had both of them. parts guy even walked the battery out to my car. Thanks.
Terrible customer service..... guy at parts desk wouldn't tell me where an Amasoil dealer was since they didn't carry it..... it is right across 84th street... the guy has driven by it how many times in his way to work....
Rude staff. Expensive. They will not replace the junk they sell, eve when it falls apart the very first time you put it on. This is strike 3 with these awful people. Do your bike a favor and find another place to get your gear.
I've purchased serveral items from NMP and have always been pleased with my experience. The entire staff, at least when I go, are always willing to help. I will definitely continue to shop there.
I was visiting Omaha from Lincoln on Saturday and had been considering some new grips for my bike. I called asking if they had a specific grip for my bike and was told "yeah we've got some Avons but I don't know which ones they are, you'll just have to come down and take a look". We were within 10 miles of the store so I thought I'd stop by and take look. I couldn't find the specific model I was looking for and not a single employee in the store even acknowledged me.
