The staff are excellent and very caring
If you need a refill, a message to your doc over the portal or in alot of pain and need to ask questions, expect to hear back from a nurse 2-3 days later. No rush at all! There have been times where I was in extreme pain and needed steroids and I message the nurse on a Thursday and she got back to me on the NEXT TUESDAY!! I have complained to a manager but it still hasn’t changed. The doctors are great it’s the nurses that just don’t hurry for anyone
Went here today. Doctor said I was not needing much more than physical therapy. I am in SO much pain pretty much everyday. It hurts to stand and walk. An doctor from India saw me.
