Went for emergency appointment was told to get in car, I went as fast as I could. Forty minutes later when I arrived from Bellevue which they knew I was coming from I was told to late no appointment. Thanks a lot, today I am in ER, very disappointed with the lack of compassion. I hope whatever you were doing was worth it.
I had LASIK eye surgery 1 week ago with Dr Thorton. She and her staff were incredible, they made me so comfortable and use the latest technology available in the Midwest. It was so amazing to walk out of the office 30 minutes later with the best vision I’ve had since 3rd grade.
Dr. Drakulich is an exception optometrist. She explains her findings throughly and reassures me if any differences in my acuity are present. Her intelligence, compassion and experience provide me with the confidence to proceed with recommended procedures.
