I saw Dr Ivey Thornton for dry eyes. I was waiting 50 minutes to see her entering to the room. I took her 12 minutes to talk and finished her visit with me. She was in rush, did not want to listen and care about patient's concern much. At the end of visit, all what she told me was read through the after patient's visit sheet with all the instructions I need for my treatment.
