I’ve been working with them for months now. And I still have no diagnosis and my roommate still has no diagnosis. In the middle of a mental crisis, but yet I have no counselors to speak to what the heck is going on. It’s like they’re trying to hurt me. No serious things going on with my body, but the specialist aren’t helping me.

This is a primary care facility and no longer a walk-in clinic. The primary care staff is excellent; I found them very easy to work with and each member I interacted with from front desk to physician seemed highly competent in their respective role.

Staff was amazing! The two front desk ladies had me laughing right away, even though I was hurting pretty bad, they knew how to keep me positive. I went in knowing that they had limits on what they could do at the clinic, but the doctor still went above and beyond to help give me a answer; however, a ER visit was needed to get more answers and I was okay with that. She even called them to let them know I was heading their way and my symptoms so they would be ready for me when I got there. Thank you so much for all your help!... read more

There is nothing urgent about this urgent care center. I went in having a mental health issue/crisis and the lady at the front desk clearly was pissed off she had to deal with me. Very unprofessional and rude and not helpful at all. Second poor experience at this location and nothing has changed in over a year so I won’t be going back. Also not to the Bellevue Medical Center or any other UNMC facility as this seems to be the trend of care.
