Wonderful atmosphere, curteous and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Strohmeyer and his assistants/nurses are trustworthy and offer a great health care experience.
How does the top uveitus expert in the world just up quit seeing patients? Does anyone know where Dr Nguyen is going?
I have been seeing Dr. Gigantelli for over a year. I can say there is no other better!! He knows what he's doing, and makes you feel very comfortable and as if you are the only patient he has. Highly recommend him.
So far it's been over an hour and I have yet to see a doctor. I'm an Emergency Room transfer and SET AN APPOINTMENT, but they told me they are "trying to fit me in". After the first half hour I asked a woman at the front desk for someone I could talk to about the wait and she told me she would get the director of services. At 45 minutes, I still hadnt been seen or seen any director so I asked again and the woman working the front desk gave me a number to call. It was a fax number. Doctor Frank Graf was excellent, second to none, he did a great job I highly recommend him. My only complaint was getting checked in and checked out for my appointment, took far too long, the front desk staff seemed to be confused and did not quite seem to know what they were supposed to be doing. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that
