The team at Nebraska Spine Hospital was excellent during my recovery. They were always attentive, always there to help me, and explained everything that was happening to me and what they would do for me. They made me feel safe and secure. They helped me immensely on my road to recovery. The best I’ve ever been treated!
This clinic is a joke and needs to be reported they are not kind to their patience and the doctor doesn't care about you at all...
Absolutely incredulous. I suffer from chronic migraines, occipital neuralgia, and Trigeminal neuralgia. I was originally seeing Dr. Angie Rakes who was fantastic, but was transferred to Dr. Are in the spring of 2024 following Dr. Rakes’ retirement. My first visit with Dr. Are went well, but I had to see a different doctor for my next scheduled round of Botox injections for migraine and occipital neuralgia treatment in July. My daughter's had nothing but horrible experiences with UNMC at numerous locations for numerous reasons due to an auto ammune disease still not diagnosed. Pain management they have never truly maintained for her. Well today actyally we had a appointment and it was rescheduled for the next day. I get things are very unstable in our world but to not get a call or text from the receptionist is bullsxit
