It went good they do take Medicaid, I went in a nervous wreck but as soon as they hooked up the IV and started sedation I was out and then up like nothing ever happened like time hadn’t even passed, one thing that did bug me was that they didn’t ask me if I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth they immediately disposed of them without asking me which is upsetting because they were my teeth and my choice to make.
The staff here is very friendly however, everytime I need a refill or assistance to help with post op recovery they are either never here or lie over the phone. I have been here twice this week already and called ahead with the receptionist. However when I get here there is no one here including the receptionist. What kind of clinic is this? If you tell me to come in at a certain when NOBODY IS IN THE FRICKING BUILDING how does that help anyone? Are the hours posted online accurate? Or do they need to be changed? I would lov... read more
I visited this clinic yesterday afternoon and my nurse was absolutely friendly and sweet, my doctor was great and the wait time was incredibly short. However, I did not appreciate the way I was treated by the receptionist at the beginning of my visit-shouting my personal information back to me in a waiting room with several other patients in it and being so rude. I almost left and rescheduled at the other location, but didn’t want to waste the doctors time.
Friendly staff, but the wait time is excessive. Almost an hour after actual appointment time we finally got seen.
