Saw Eve Purna Khondaker, kept asking me the same questions 3or 4 times then when I said I just answer that. Then told me I was mad then ask me if I was mad 3 times (so you mad just half of what she said) like talking to an ex or something. Then I read my note she left; lied 🤥 said I cussed at her never did. Thank you for having humans that answer the phones- I was trying to establish care for my son it’s refreshing to not have to speak to a virtual assistant. Secondly the rep was kind and helpful

I've been to this location many times. Dr. Jesperson was fantastic. After she retired I was passed around to intern after intern. Intern McKensey Currey, the worse by far. I couldn't get my prescription filled until I seen her. I ran out a week before my visit. She said I will push your prescription through the next day after reviewing my tests. That didn't happen. I called and spoke to a nurse who really had no answers. You will get pushed aside for weeks. Without this medication I can go into a coma. The stupidity of this ... read more

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. All of the reception staff so far have been kind, helpful, and clear with their communication towards patients. The waiting room was very pleasant, and I like that they always have something playing on the TV. My only complaint is that once I get back into the exam room, several times the doctors or nurses have incorrectly written what I am visiting for. One of the visits I had to clarify to at least 2 different people because they put me down for something I wasn't there for. Othe... read more
