Joe the lady receptionist was very rude & rushing not willing to hear what i need help with. Transferred me before I could even finish my sentence. I was so frustrated with how I was being rushed I hung up the phone. I hope I get a different more calm receptionist when I call back. She was unhelpful.
Insanely rude doctors. Be especially wary if your a woman. In two years of seeing them, they would ignore anything that came out of my wife's mouth unless I restated it. Final straw was being openly mocked for a chronic pain issue. Won't be returning.
Dr.Navalha took time to hear my concerns, followed up when I had pneumonia and after care she Was attentive, most importantly felt heard.
