If I could, I would give this department a 0, the nurses and staff that deals with patients is super kind but they need to switch their receptionists, they are so rude, so condescending. As a former receptionist for clinics, I can not believe the audacity they had. Due to the receptionist, the whole experience becomes so traumatizing. I had a great birth experience. My team was all women, they were calm, patient, and very caring.
It was a wonderful experience, the attention of the nurses and doctors excellent, a moment as beautiful as the arrival of a baby is something incomparable and thanks to all those who were present in the process it was even more beautiful, and I would like to mention especially a nurse who gave us so much her support and security that without a doubt we are more than grateful for her good attention nurse Anita !!! 👩🏼⚕️
