The staff here at bergan Mercy hospital in the maternity wing are absolutely the most amazing maternity stuff ever I couldn't have asked for a better group of nurses and doctors to take care of my daughter and grandchildren thank you guys all so much you are so super amazing handling such a sensitive situation
I had the best labor experience 8/5/26!!! I’ve delivered all 3 of my babies here at UNMC and each time there was always a few angel nurses that I could never forget. This 3rd time however was my absolute fav labor journey and I am so grateful to a bunch of yall for making it such a special and memorable time. My daughter was sent by ambulance from Shenandoah to this hospital in active labor at 31 weeks. When I got up there the lady at the front desk said some people were going to say good bye and we could work that out who will go in first. I was not in a rush and I was letting them go into the room first just to not have any issues. Then they came back and stopped her visitors. Yes I went to the desk and I said I was wondering when I could see my daughter. She said wow she has a lot of Mom's and I said I'm her only mom. Not sure... read more
2 years ago I gave birth to our first child at this hospital and had an incredible first labor experience. It was a no-brainer that for our second child I would be here as well. I gave birth to our second last month and although I needed an emergency induction due to water breaking and no progression in 12 hours, the experience went incredibly smoothly and my medical team was not only capable and knowledgeable, they were attentive and supportive. Not impressed AT ALL with customer service to family members at Nebraska Medicine Labor & Delivery in Omaha. We traveled 5 hours to keep my sister's boys while she had baby #3 and after we arrived to take them to see their new baby brother, we were met with gruffness. Despite her having the baby an hour prior to arrival, we were informed we wouldnt be able to see anyone for a couple hours.
