We sat for hours not being able to receive care. Obviously very frustrated at the lack of communication during an emergency, a nurse finally came to talk to us and ultimately walked out and left after we tried explaining we are extremely frustrated that we aren't being listened to about the severity of the issues, which led to us sitting for even more time without care. We were told to come back if the issue worsened, and when we came back, we were treated like garbage once again, leading to us just leaving. This is a horrib... read more
This was my very first time ever having to go to the ER and I was extremely anxious about it. Every single person working there was so kind and attentive even though they were having a busy night, and they all reassured me I made the right call coming in. They ran a lot of tests to rule out various issues and although my diagnosis wasn't what I had expected, the information they provided and the aftercare they planned for me has given me so much peace of mind and left me feeling a million times better. Thank you so much!
I was sick and needed to go to the ER. They were efficient…I didn’t have to wait a long time. The doctor was an excellent communicator and very thorough…as were all of the other people in the ER. Everyone was also kind and caring.
One star is pretty generous. Save yourself an hour + of time and get better care by just driving 10 minutes to papilion.
The WORST quality of care available in Nebraska. Do not come here unless you have an entire day to waste. These people don’t take an ALLERGIC REACTION seriously. Please save yourselves and go to any other hospital
