Brought my wife here for a hives outbreak, she was absolutely freezing and her body was shutting down, she could barely walk. Made us wait for 5 hours and never cared for us. Everyone in the waiting room was on their phone and laughing while my wife was suffering extremely badly, and yet they kept bringing in other people instead of her. As a home healthcare provider I recently spoke with a charge nurse in the emergency room about grave concerns I had regarding an elderly client's mobility issues, and chronic opioid prescriptions from the ER (to someone with OUD and alcohol use disorder). Instead of doing the right thing, the opioid type was increased and muscle relaxers were prescribed. That patient fell last night and fractured their back. 0 stars recommend this pathetic excuse of a hostpital. Do not come to the ER for any kind of emergency you will sit for ever. No one was in the waiting room yet it’s taking over an hour to see a DR and I have severe stomach pain. Methodist would have already sent a nurse in for bloodwork and pain control. It’s pathetic

This is not my first nor second time coming here. But I will definitely NOT be returning here ever. My husband was sick to his stomach all day and was severely dehydrated and they could care less. It took over 5 hrs to get to a room and they put us in the critical care room because there was no other and that is fine but the actual bed had dried blood on it. And the nurse saw that we saw it and he didn’t care. How disgusting is that. They are not sanitary and you can tell.
