Disappointing care, scammy billing. Go somewhere else with your money. I purposely drove to Omaha from Missouri because I thought this was a quality provider. Everything about my visit was disappointing -- Dr. Knudsen barely listened to my concerns and acted like he had somewhere better to be. Very few questions answered. Now I've been double-billed (literally charged 2x) for a 15-minute exam and their "customer support" just argues with you and tells you there's nothing you can do. Go. Elsewhere.
