I hate how this place has a 1 star review and it’s probably throwing people off. I love this place my doctor Sarah and the nurse Adele seriously were the best. I have horrible horrible horrible anxiety and they made my experience better. My reason for my visit will stay with me and them but Sarah helped me and was truly an amazing doc!!! I recommend this place for people who have bad anxiety and have any issues with of course your ears, nose, or throat!
Front desk was welcoming and inviting, as well as the medical assistant. Do not go to this ENT if you value your time. I waited over an hr past my appointment for Dr Knudsen to come in. No greeting or expression of running behind. I understand providers run behind as I work in healthcare, but his bedside manner is the worst of any professional I’ve ever seen.
