The audiologist was rude and not friendly at all. I needed to ask him for a report so I could get hearing aids. He just told me it would be in OneChart. I would not recommend him.
Dr Carla Schneider and her people at ENT were really pleasant to help me. Abby got me in on an appointment cancelation. The procedure went very smoothly a d meds were ordered and available the next day. Really do appreciate all of the staff that helped out at the Bellevue ENT. Looking forward to the follow up appointment.
Everything was very professional - checkin, exam and exit. The facilities were clean and clearly marked.
From receptionist to Dr my experience was great. Very kind and compassionate. Explanation of diagnosis to surgery was above and beyond all of my questions and concerns were answered. My post op appointments went great.I Would recommend Nebraska med ENT.
