EDITED! This place for it's after hours care is the worst. Never open cause of staffing issues and last night took my mom there, got there at 8:55 they said "sorry our last appt is at 8:45". There was no cars in the lot cause we weren't sure they were even open so you can't tell me they couldn't see her and the door said they were open til 10 pm.. Do better UNMC. Have tried to go to this place three times in the last 6 month and once was sent somewhere else before we walked in the door and the other 2 times it wasn't even open. Don't advertise nights, weekends and holidays if you aren't open.

Have been very happy with this clinic, but had a terrible experience with the front desk staff. I was instructed by my provider to drop in and get labs. The front desk person was rude, rolled her eyes at me, and acted like I was an idiot when I asked about getting labs. I was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment and “we don’t do that here.” But I know that they do!

Sends bills to collections very quickly. Collections agency is owned by them directly, harasses me constantly. The last bill I had with them, they threatened to sue me and garnish my wages. When I said I did not have the money to pay the bill, they told me I should take out a loan to pay for it. Excuse me??? I ended up having to pull money out of my retirement fund so that they would leave me alone. Unwilling to set up a payment plan.
