Have been very happy with this clinic, but had a terrible experience with the front desk staff. I was instructed by my provider to drop in and get labs. The front desk person was rude, rolled her eyes at me, and acted like I was an idiot when I asked about getting labs. I was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment and “we don’t do that here.” But I know that they do!
Sends bills to collections very quickly. Collections agency is owned by them directly, harasses me constantly. The last bill I had with them, they threatened to sue me and garnish my wages. When I said I did not have the money to pay the bill, they told me I should take out a loan to pay for it. Excuse me??? I ended up having to pull money out of my retirement fund so that they would leave me alone. Unwilling to set up a payment plan. I left a clear message for my pcp's nurse, it was returned the next day and missing the most important part of the message. I also showed up to their urgent care during posted urgent care hours and no one was there. Not happy with either experience. Don't say urgent care 6-10 pm if you aren't doing urgent care at 7 pm.
