The hands on care you receive from actual nurses and doctors doing the work is ok. The entire rest of the operation, from parking to billing to financial aid to trying to get a hold of anyone in customer service, is downright a disgrace for this institution that’s supposed to be the premier medical institution in our state. Getting an estimate for our procedure that’s ranging from $400-$10,000 is never fun, and then when you get the bill and try to reach anybody in customer service or financial aid about it emails and calls ... read more
Absolutely the worst... None of the doctors listen to you. They only made my issues worse and totally broke down my mental health... Absolutely the worst!!!
I wish parking was as good as the care received!!!!! What a complete cluster mess in the half circle in front of Durham. Arrive early.. you wait to unload! Valet is parking the cars (two rows wide) in that half circle in front of the Durham Building. I wish Valet used a couple rows in the garage. Every man for himself. People are savage!! Unloading/Loading a handicap van is an experience.
My sister saw the urologist this morning the staff and the dr were outstanding. My sister marguerite said I'm afraid. They were so kind to her. God bless for your caring.
