Very incompetent. The staff as well as the Doctors do not listen to what you have to say or what you feel may be wrong with you. They never call you back and they do not schedule you for important tests. You have to call them to remind them . This is why I go to the UNMC Campus. They do care and do a 100% better job. I'm sending this review on behalf of a good friend who actually has a serious problem and they are doing NOTHING to help him. Shame on everyone at that location
Dr. Glowacki wrote a 3 page long angry rant on my chart because he and his clinic manager had him listed in the system as taking new patients and he was annoyed at me for coming in expecting to be seen as a new patient. He literally spent 30 minutes of appointment time ranting about how he wasn’t taking new patients, and I should be seen by residents and how the receptionist and support staff were impossible to train to do their jobs correctly and this was their fault. Personnel are great! Facility is clean
Never really had a bad experience there but as many times as I've gone doctors come and go All things considered it's a place where lots of students go to become physicians
The nursing staff are very rude and condescending, this location needs to clean house and get nurses that care for patients well being vs being rude to a patient that has questions about their visit. Do not come to this location or interact with the nursing staff with any questions about your visit. Look elsewhere for medical treatment. Nursing staff- If you don't like your job, please quit!
