I have been trying to contact patient relations for over a month now I received one email for them apologizing about my experience. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I’ve emailed three times absolutely ridiculous. How sad you can’t even get help when having an issue with providers.
I am very frustrated. I received a call yesterday from my primary care nurse who left a message to call a specific number after fighting through four different which took over 30 minutes. I finally got to a human and all the nurse wanted to tell me was that my test were normal and those tests had already been posted for me to have read the physician question has never cared about me and this is additional evidence.
