Had MRIs scheduled for both feet. Called repeatedly after the appointment was scheduled to make sure they had submitted to insurance for pre-approval. They waited until the day before to submit to insurance company, so I had to reschedule because it had not been approved. Rescheduled my appointment. Scheduled off work to get the MRIs done. My son had a knee injury and needed to have an X-ray - they called to reschedule the appointment because we were recently out of the country. We had a negative covid test in hand after coming back, they then stated that cdc guideline stated that we had to be back for 14 days before they could schedule. At the time of the appointment there was not a CDC guideline that stated that. Having a child in need of prayer I was upset and let them know of my displeasure.

Im a very claustrophobic and they really helped me feel at ease they offered me headphones with any music i wanted and a washcloth to cover my eyes very friendly. I would decently go back.
Very nice staff, clean, and they are open on Saturdays!
