Being from Omaha, NE we LOVE NFM. So to give them a one star is abhorrent to us. However, the NFM in The Colony is definitely not the same quality or caliber of customer service as you find in Omaha. My whole house is NFM so I can safely say we have been a loyal customer for more than 30 years. But this one in Texas has THE WORST customer service, nothing is ever in stock and the fees for returning things, or for delivery are just dumb. Bought a chair. They said 30 days out. 35 days I came to pick up. “Your order won’t be here for 21 days (gave me exact date). Showed up on that date. Then they told me it’ll 30 days out (once again gave me exact date) showed up on that date. Nothing. Gave me another date 45 days out. (Gave me exact date) showed up on that date. Nothing!
Worst experience buying a 2000$ Mattress which they didnt entertain return or exchange. Got it for my parents as a firm mattress but it is worst garbage. Serta Mattress, atleast expected them to exchange but it didnt happen
The WORST customer service EVER for delivering my appliances! The driver never called me all day. He did not use the gate code to get in as stated in the delivery instructions. And absolutely no one at the NFM store notified me. Took off work all day with my phone by my side waiting...for nothing. I was told, after being put on hold for 55 minutes, that the driver drove by, saw the gate was closed, and left and refused to return.
