They are completely unprofessional. Coming over for inspections and telling me what’s wrong and what they’ll fix and never came over. They can never return a call.
Seemed like very nice folks; Im sure maybe even good people. As so many are well aware housing in Grand Island is laughably, and ridiculously outlandish, yes. Major hurdle all in itself but when people say they will do something I think they should follow through. Not even sure we EVER got a call back.
Do not rent from them.
