Recently, house cleaners from Nebraska Elite Cleaning came to service my home. The next morning, I discovered my diamond ring was missing from its usual secure location. I called the company in a panic, and they initially denied any responsibility but promised to investigate. After a few hours, they informed me that the cleaner DID have my ring, claiming they had accidentally bumped it, causing it to fall into their cleaning basket. Our cleaner was AMAZING! She was very friendly and worked hard. I was very impressed with how clean everything was when she was finished. Not to mention it was a last minute job. I didn't plan ahead, and the fact that my house was cleaned the same day I called to schedule- made me very happy.
Jasmine was polite, friendly, and professional. She ensured all our requests were met and everything was complete to our standard. Before she left she made sure that we were happy by walking us through her work. Thank You for your hard work Jasmine.
