Donation appointment scheduling available lots of days. They are rast, efficient, and friendly. My phlebotomist was careful, skilled, got my sometimes difficult veins in one painless go. The post donation canteen area was comfortable and well stocked. Will donate here again.
unlike some other organizations i won't name, the staff is trained and proficient. clean new facility, easy process. can't say enough about the night and day difference in the blood donation process here. highly recommend to any first time donor or any donor frustrated with previous experiences elsewhere.
Went there for my seasonal 2x donation and it was very quick and easy for the 45min it took to donate for myself. The staff were helpful and cheerful to have an individual willing to take the time out of their day to help others, truly a great location!
Worst experience ever. You try to donate blood and because I said a Dr years ago recommended I think about donating double reds because I have a very high red blood cell count....Always have. They say the need for blood is critical yet they refuse to accept donations for some stupid reason, even if I have donated at their other location more than once. NEVER AGAIN. Truly corporations at their worst, trying to overly step on my body. Do not donate at this location of 132nd
