Got here a 5am was told to park at Walmart until 9am when open. Chk in at 9am appt was at 2pm it is now 4:06 pm and still haven’t gotten a door this is ridiculous
In and out fast. Staff are always super friendly. Beware of the sneaky chihuahua. LOL I thought she was a stuffed animal until she got up to say hello. She's adorable in her pink dress.
They do a great job here. The office staff is very courteous and respectful, the dock guys do a bang up job, and they maintain their schedule very well. Ignore any bad reviews. We all know every warehouse has a bad day here and there. I’ve picked up at this warehouse a lot, and it’s my favorite place to pick up west of the Mississippi! Thank you NCS team!
Street parking prior getting to a dock. Friendly people in the office. Little lengthy wait time - but hey, it's a cold storage facility.
