All staff, nurses, and doctors provide exceptional care. This medical facility is a five-star because it provides the care the patient needs with dignity and respect. I highly recommend the nebraska Cancer Specialist in Grand Island. I also want to thank Lisa Montanez for helping our family through the financial process. It's extremely difficult being the caregiver to a spouse with cancer and also navigating the financial process . Please be sure your staff knows the laws related to service dogs and your required compliance with FEDERAL ADA regulations along with how they affect veterans and their service dogs. None of those regulations/laws are set concerning how your staff "feels". Allowing students around the patients without the patients permission or not asking the patient might not be the best policy.
