I created a ticket in January to sell books to this company. They sent me the prepaid label and an estimated value of the books. I have confirmation that the books were delivered on 1/31/23. I have yet to receive my payment, all emails come back as undeliverable and all phone numbers are a voice mail. They stole my books. They valued my stuff at over $60 dollars. I will be filing with the BBB. I had be communicating with Nickole Thompson until the books were delivered and now her email is undeliverable as well.
Whole sale text book seller. I'm former employee as my division was sold to a 3rd party but I still need access to the building.
