Dr neaville was a great Doctor and man. Seemed caring and easy to talk to but with him gone there is no reason to go. The office has turned into a joke. It’s a miracle if anybody ever picks up the phone and I would think the sky was falling if anybody ever called back. There are one or two good people left in the office but that’s it. A couple of good people get lost in a sea of bad. If you wish to go somewhere to be talked down to or to be treated poorly this is the place to go
Dr Neaville seems to be extremely qualified and I am very thankful for all that he has done for me. His office on the other hand is train wreck. That’s the most unorganized mess I’ve ever seen seen. Impossible to do business there
Great Doctor and a great staff also
I have know Dr Neaville for years, and trust him with anything he says. I trust him more than any other doctor is Batesville. His nurses are amazing as well, they're sweet and you can tell they all care deeply for their patience.
Dr Neaville and his staff are top notch. Always kind and takes good care of me.
