Great studio. I love the location, the class size, and instructors. But it’s so hot inside!!! The AC does not drop below 75-76 degrees. I really hope they fix the AC or get some fans. They really need to leave it on before the 3:30-4:30pm classes too because it doesn’t cool down on time.
Mixed bag. Some instructors are quite good others not at all. The studio is awkwardly shaped so the inexperienced instructors have a hard time seeing what the class is doing and then providing instruction to those that need it.
The BEST Pilates studio in Southern Highlands! The owner, Molly, is soo sweet and all the instructors are very welcoming and inclusive yet love to challenge you! The vibes are warm and positive every time I walk in there :)
I think had I ever had an experience at a pilates studio before, I could maybe offer a 5 star, but since it was my first experience, prompted by and with a friend, I have nothing to compare it to. The atmosphere was very chic and well appointed and the instructor was very nice. Being new and recovering from injury, I could tell immediately that my body was not ready for this all levels class, however the instructor was very gracious to allow me to make adjustments based on my ability without criticism.
