Don't waste your time or money. Honestly. I saved to treat myself with a move-in deep cleaning and after they came, I still had to clean everything again. Too expensive for nothing
I had a bad experience with the cleaning standards, customer service and business ethics. I reported my experience to the Better Business Bureau. --- They charged my credit card,which they held for booking,without my consent, despite my telling them that their cleaning staff had performed a less than adequate job. The place was visibly dirty. There was dust and crumblydirt on the counters, the floors, the cupboards, bathroom floors, windows sils and windowsof my empty condo. I don’t typically write reviews when unsatisfied with a service or product with the belief that I simply will not return or duplicate the disappointment with trying again, however I could not hold back on this one. I have used NeatBee weekly since July of 2023 that is literally 52 times in the last year. Everything was great in the beginning, on time, house clean, friendly, no complaints. Early 2024 the service started to decline, they cancelled on me totally last minute, the team members that come although are friendly enou... read more
