Braids are beautiful, but service is HORRIBLE! The owner has different pricing listed on the site and when you get the service, she calls to tell you a final price which is different from was is on the site. She is super disrespectful. She called me slow and told me that I was annoying her because I was telling her that the price she quoted was not what was on her site. I was a new customer. It will definitely be my last visit. I usually do my own everything but didn’t have the time or patience this week. Came in for a braid down for a wig and the braider did a decent job. The only issue is the vibe is very off and they are RUDE and lack customer service/peoples skills. Wouldn’t recommend spending YOUR money here. The braids are actually Neat & Pretty… However there is no secret your experience will be horrific. The owner is diabolical. Not only is she EXTREMELY RUDE to her clients she is also BRUTALLY CONDESCENDING to her employees. One employee literally apologized to me while Kendall was yelling at her after asking a simple question. Not to mention the shop is dirty. The whole shop needs a pressure wash.
