I used Neat Nelly for a move-out clean a few years ago and revisited them to clean my current condo recently. Claudia arrived on time fully, equipped with supplies, and was incredibly thorough and detail oriented in her work (the bathroom tissue rosettes were a particularly classy touch!) She was courteous and communicative the whole time- letting me know where she would start and finish so I could continue to work from home with minimal disruption. Really grateful to her for her hard work and excellent cleaning job!
