Been here 3 times in the last week because charms coming off, went back the 3rd time to just get the nail filed down from where the charm fell off and one of the workers laughed because I told her it was messed up. I dislike the services and don't recommend them at all.
The tech was very sweet and did a good job but the tools she used I don’t think they sanitize them after each person. Won’t go back because of unsanitary tools
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I came in expecting a dip manicure with builder gel and was never told that builder gel was unavailable. Instead, they waited until after my existing nails had already been soaked off before informing me. Had I known beforehand, I would have had the option to go elsewhere. This is second time coming here since I moved back and I was first to arrive today and got seated quickly for my pedicure but then had to wait 15-20 minutes to get serviced for manicure while they got other clients who came in after which was fine but then the lady who did my nails didn’t do the best and weirdly dried my nails. I got gel and I’m used to them curing it all the way before having me remove my hand so hopefully it doesn’t peel right off like it did the last time I came.
