Out of all the times I have been here today was very heartbreaking for me. I understand the concept of not mixing business with pleasure. But as a loyal customer I expected to be treated well. I was not upset about the wait times although I never had to wait with an appointment. But what hurt me is the fact I was told one price but after looking at my receipt an extra 10 dollars was added on for the services I received. I love my nails
I sat for 40 minutes before somebody started my nails. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails twice and still couldn’t get the shape I wanted. After the 2nd attempt, I noticed that i still wasn’t getting the shape I wanted. After being there over an hour and not being halfway done I just asked to pay for the bare acrylic nails. I had to pay 70 dollars for nails that didn’t have any polish or the shape I wanted. 1st and absolute last time going.
