Even though I worked under the direct management of another company the management and staff at Nease were always responsive and supportive. They responded to any questions and concerns quickly and courteously and were always ready to step in and help. In particular, Susan Smith and Patte Columbe were very helpful. When I left my position at Trillium they notified me of another upcoming position for which I was able to interview. I highly recommend Nease Personnel to any serious job seeker.
While job hunting I was finding that my options felt fairly limited. I walked into Nease one day, and the next they gave me a call saying that they found the perfect job for me doing almost exactly what I wanted to do. Patti helped me through the process and set "goodies" to the place I was working on more than one occasion. I went to Nease personnel, fix my resume like they suggested, had an interview with an employer at Nease, and also constantly called to see the next steps as of getting a job. I eventually gave up, no one would call me back nor follow up with me. I was just told to keep an eye out on emails for job openings... i did all of this in 2018... i finally got an email for job opening in 2019.. various ways this company can improve.
