The owner and the receptionist are very rude persons, the worst experience ever!!!
RecommendedGot into a hit and run and Neary’s was wonderful in helping fix my car and dealing with my insurance! It was also super convenient that I was able to leave my rental car there once I was done and didn’t have to worry about that.

Picked up my 2013 Chevy Malibu Thursday, July 2nd, after them having it for 3 weeks for LF fender/bumper damage. The hood is not aligned and has a huge gap between it and the drivers side headlight. There are scratches where it looks like they just crammed the headlight assembly in or something. The RF fender and bumper are two totally different colors and not blended at all. I am so upset and beyond disappointed, hopefully they will stand by their work and fix it the right way.

Great customer service. Kept us informed through the work and went above and beyond in repairs. Did a complete walk thru with us at pick up. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Very disrespectful... and certainly not customer oriented.. The person we brought our business to, needs training in customer support. I do not recommend this body shop based on customer experience. My wife bought her brand new Lexus at Lexus of Mishawaka... They send their vehicles to this body shop for repairs.... Lexus of Mishawaka just lost a potential repeat customer due to Neary's arrogance.
Bought a wrecked Nissan Sentra, took it to Neary's and when they were finished, it looked brand new! He even detailed the engine!
Quality work, and customer satisfaction is always #1
They did an amazing job on my new bumper. Super happy with this place. My car looks great.
