The only way I can write toward a review is to star rate. I am not a current patient, but I am looking for a regular dentist. I work in Healthcare and am shocked that this dentist responded to a negative post by giving the patients personal chart information. I do believe this is a HIPAA violation and that patient would have a legit case against you. Horrible just horrible. I've had a toothache that has gotten worse since I setup my appointment. I went through my insurance to see who was the nearest Dentist and thks was the 1st option with great reviews on the insurance website. I called on June 16th and set up an appointment for July 8th. I get a call today telling mme they're going to cancel my appointment and the best they can do is July 31st. Worse experience, especially it being my first visit. I didn't feel welcomed at all. I should have known from the sign on greyed out window that says do not knock on window. Dr Neary is rude and has a bad attitude. She made me feel like I was bothering her by my concerns with my own teeth. She barely explained my concerns and walked out of the office with an attitude and never came back. Her staff was more pleasant than she was. Horrible experience. She won't ever get one more red cent from me. PERIOD!
