My water heater was under warranty and had stopped working. Based on the information on from the Rheem website I believed I would responsible for a $75 call out fee to have my water heater fixed.I booked Nearby Plumbing to fix my water heater. I sent them pictures and they sent parts to my house. All good so far.When the plumber arrives it is then and only then that he informs me that the labor charge is $600!!!
