My M-I-L lives there, and wants to move as soon as the lease is up. To walk down her hall you are IMMEDIATELY hit with the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke new and old - like it is in the carpets and walls. Her apartment is tiny even by the liberalest of standards. The neighborhood is questionable. I had to call 911 last summer on a homeless person harassing the residents on the benches out front last summer (and that wasnt the first time of an issue like that).
