This was a LONG process, again Covid gets the blame. I have no clues as to why. It's a PANDEMIC, maybe staffing issues.. I do know that I gave all that was asked of me, several times over. I'm happy it's done.
We would like to thank the Near North Title Group in Oswego for making multiple mistakes in our home closing last week. Rather than calling our real estate agent or lawyer they instead called us and just left a message on one of our phones stating we owe them due to their mistakes. People pay professional companies thousands of dollars to handle the details of home selling, you expect professional service.
