I started off w 3 mole removals that needed almost 100 stitches. A bit excessive. The staff was friendly but seemed to be constantly changing. Over the course of a year i was here many times for mole removals. The last removal needed aprox 15 stitches, when i returned 2 weeks later for stich removal the wound opened up completely and needed to be redone. They called me back 15 minutes after my appointment time (Video shows the reason) . They then told me once I was taken in that they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor wasn't there. Just Unprofessional every which way .

Came in for an unrelated issue. Biopsy pushed heavily. Couldn’t phone the results, had to schedule a paid appointment for results. Moles on my back were tested, and were described to me as “5 out of 10” risk for cancer. Upon further research this is apparently completely non standard risk language for a biopsy. Suggested I opt for removal surgery that would put me out of work for a few days. Haven’t been back and haven’t been contacted for a potential cancer risk?
