Do not recommend- very unprofessional and no patient support. Save yourself time and see a board certified provider who will accurately diagnose and listen to you. Cynthia Chan, the nurse looked for a total of 5 seconds without a dermatoscope and was quick to prescribe. When discussing treatment she listed off three medications that they wanted to prescribe me with all being different classes that treated different conditions(anti fungal, steroid, and an antibiotic). After receiving a 900$ bill when I had Medicaid active insurance I will not be returning here after how this bill was handled, they will tell you your provider is accepted at first the second they change which insurances they are accepting they don’t tell you and charge you hundreds out of pocket, they should be running the insurance before every appointment to see what the copay would be if any, charging someone something without them knowing till months later should be illegal if it isn’t already.
