How they went out of their way to find a machine embroidery design cd I wanted and could not find.
Marcy and Jeff helped me out this week with my first sewing machine purchase. They helped me by showing me the correct needles and thread needed for my machine. I also chose a carrying case that I LOVE! Marcy also gave me instructions and patterns for making masks! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will be back! They were GREAT!!
My dad took our vacuum to Neal's when it stopped working and they were able to fix it temporarily, as we need to buy a new one, and only charged us for parts. We really appreciate the honesty and local service that is hard to find. Thank you!
great variety of fabrics and sewing machine
If you have any kind of sewing, quilting or where to eat in Muscatine LOL they can help you! It is a wonderful sewing and quilt store with a wonderful staff. Lots of fabrics to choose from, the ideas and displays are awesome! If you are looking for a vacuum cleaner to clean up after you sew, they can take care of that too! Great place!
Wonderful people! Everyone is so very helpful! Great selection of fabric and sewing machines! Their retreats are fun and a nice way to learn from the professionals!
They have a nice shop with wonderful employees that are always very helpful with any thing we need. They have all the machines any sewer embroiderer or quilter would like and one of the most impotent things they provide us is great service. They only sell high quality fabrics and quilting supplies . They only sell quality vacuums, floor-cleaning machines and what ever you need to use with them.
