disappointed by retired military 2003 in the process of being deployed, again. I called this individual do some plumbing work for a bathroom remodel I was having done. Having given instruction as to what I would like done. I return home from my deployment, a year later, to find nothing done as expected. Rather I found duct work bent and a floor joist destroyed. In fact my carpenter had to install a steel brace on the damaged joist. There is no way I would ever call, or recommend this individual. Unprofessional.
I had a water line break in the front yard. The first quote I got from another company was for \$3500. WOW!!!Neals Plumbing did the repair for \$515. Quite a price difference.They showed up on time and did a great job!!!
We called them out to fix a simple problem, and I know that we got scammed. They supposidly fixed the issue and left, charged us for 2more hours than they were even there!!, and then the next day the problem they fixed, yea, it was back!! But worse!!! When I called to tell them they needed to come back to fix what they had yet to fix, they said they could but they would have to charge overtime because it wasnt their normal hours!
