I called Neal, and he was able to come out on a Sunday and replace my old shower faucet for far less than a plumbing company had charged. He is a pleasure and a pleasant person to work with. I have already given him a list of things that I want and need to get done at my house in early spring. I look forward to having him come back and take care of it for me.
New to area moved from Tampa, used Neal’s for ceiling fans, dishwasher install, and laundry tub service. Very professional, reasonable price for services, and the quality of work done was superb.
Excellent and professional services from the beginning to the end. I've used Neal services 3 times so far. His prices are beyond fair, and he always delivers awesome results! I'm very happy I trusted my instinct and called. Ignore the negative reviews. Remember that the internet is full of folks on their high horse. Neal is a hidden jewel.., highly recommended and trusted and worth the wait. These reviews don't show it, but he keeps busy.
Called owner Neal for a simple door shim job at my rental property in Dearborn, he asked if I was an out of state landlord and I said No I live in the area and everything seemed alright and told me to text him info so he would remember. That should have been my red flag-Now come to day of job, I text him ahead of time to confirm and he sends me a generic message saying he doesn’t work with out of state landlords and asked if I lived there.
