The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful regarding the repairs that were necessitated because of a traffic accident. He explained the insurance end of the procedure as well as lining up the car rental for me. The repairs were done extremely well and I was very satisfied & highly recommend the work he completed on my car. It was definitely in "good hands".

Friend of mine brought his car in July 2018 for minor repairs. Insurance company paid Neal’s in full. 4 months later they get all the parts needed. 8 months now still no work done. My friend has repeatedly stopped in with no good news. What the HELL! 8 months! I would be seeking legal action.
I think you guys rock !!!!!!
