Can't say enough good things about Nealman Construction. Charles came out, identified the problem, gave a reasonable quote and stuck to it. Brooke in the office communicated well throughout the process. The crew was professional and cleaned up the yard after the roof was done!
We had some siding come off in a bad storm. Charles came out and talked through some options. He was able to match the (old) siding, and his guys moved some from a less visible spot to the damaged area so the fading / color would match. Pricing was comparable with another quote, and he was able to come out the next week so it was buttoned up quickly.
They are very quick with repairs.
For Roof Replacement: Exceptional customer service, professional, high grade materials used, efficient and effective equipment used, efficient and extensive cleanup throughout, very timely for completion of job, reasonably priced, replaced roof with GAF certified installers, and provided with warranty info and certification of roof replacement. I highly recommend Nealman Construction!!
Really enjoyed working with Charles and his team. They did wonderful and thorough work on siding repairs and porch upgrades to our detached garage. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.
