Jeff and the guys are great. My wife and I have bringing our vehicles here for a couple years now and we have been super happy. They are always so nice, honest and helpful. Plus I know the job will get done right.
This shady place tried to charge my step daughter $1950 to practically replace the brake system AND they wouldn't let her leave with her car until she paid $45 for the "free estimate"....Total rip off!!!! Took it to Jiffy lube and they said it only needed new brake pads....$296 later FIXED! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
This was the last time I will take any of my cars to Challenger. They are not a family business anymore. They had my truck for over a week. When I called I felt like I was giving the run around, and told what they thought I wanted to hear. When told I would receive a call back, that never happen. I had to keep calling them.

I have been going to Challenger for over 15 years now and this is the best auto service around. I have had issues with my trucks & cars out of state a few times and Jeff and his crew have given me technical advise which helped me out of a jam. This is truly a family oriented company. I would highly recommend Challenger to everyone.
Since moving to the Pasadena area over a year ago, my Mom told about the business. I've been there a couple of times now and have never been disappointed with their service! I will only take my car there for any service! The staff is TOP NOTCH! Thank you for your wonderful services to our community!
In from out of town, stopped in to have nail in tire checked out. Young man examined tire, pulled nail and no leak. Aired up rest of tires, no charge. Young man very courteous and helpful. Thank-you very much.

Thanks Jeff, Phil, & Steve! Jeep is running great. This is maybe the 3rd time I've taken my Jeep to a shop in over 20 years to have work done. People there are great, quotes were accurate, and the work was done right. I'm pretty un-trusting having others work on my Jeep, but Challenger has earned it for sure.
