tire was slowly losing air, had already removed it. asked if they could patch it. said no they didn't have time even with 30 minutes left in the day so now I'm stuck on a donut with my children and no other tire place in town open. They didn't even have to put the tire back on just needed a quick patch so we can make it back home after camping.

Called while I was in town due to having two tires going flat. They were able to get me in and service tires on truck and trailer with no wait.
A life saver! A dealership told me that my timing chain needed replaced, but Neal Tire told me the truth and told me my tie rod ends were loose which were causing multiple problems with my steering. Everyone I talked to was amazing. I'm never going to a dealership again.
