RecommendedI was on my way to deliver ice cream to the Mt Vernon area today I had a big problem. As I entered into Herrin, I had a tire going down fast . Luckily, Neals was open. I explained my situation and they got me in quickly. I was back on the road in no time and all worked out well. I want to thank all the fine people at Neals for helping me out on a Saturday or I would have been in a real mess . Thanks again!
The staff at Neal Tire were very friendly. The service was quick and reasonable! They even got me in the same day. I would highly recommend them!
This use to be the place I took my vehicles to get the oil changed. The last 2 times I scheduled an appointment, I had to say something to them to actually get them to take my truck back. This time I waited an hour, saw other vehicles come and go, so I said something. After I confronted the guy behind the counter, I was told that I would be next. Last weekend, I went in to get new tires on my husband's truck while he was at work. It had been years since I've had to go in to an automotive place because my husband always handles this part of life. I was so pleasantly surprised at how attentive, kind, and helpful every single employee was. I've bought my last five sets of tires from this place,for five different vehicles.and today they didn't want to put a tube in for me. They can kiss my ass.and they just lost a customer
