Took the truck in for a nasty shake at higher speeds. Got a call stating the fix will be an $800 bill. Reluctantly I agreed since I needed the truck asap. Once done I paid bill picked up truck drove home and drive felt the same as before. I finally (a dew days later) was able to take it out on the open road and I'll be if the problem wasn't fix. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They overcharge and try to sell things that ARE NOT WRONG WITH YOUR CAR! It happened to me as well as 4 people i know!!!!! SPREAD THE WORD! Always get another opinion......
I recently took my car to Neal's to get new tires and an alignment done. Everyone told me they were the best and they would take care of me. While my car was in their parking lot, it was hit. The whole rear side was dented in. Neal’s took no action in helping to find who was responsible. The owner told us he would call the customers for that day but after four days we had to call him to find out he wasn’t calling. i found neal tire very friedly and personal i feel thay do a great job and fair prices i recommend them highly
These guys are the best! Prices are very fair and they do good, fast, work! We've used them several times and will continue to go to Neal Tire as the need arises!
